It’s November here in Oklahoma, which means it’s officially time for cozy November outfits. Layers, color, and a whole new excuse to play with style. Since I’m slowly working toward living more authentically, I’ve been learning how to dress more feminine for cold weather. And honestly? I’m having so much fun figuring out what works for me.

This month, I’m sharing a few transgender outfits I’ve been experimenting with: warm, colorful looks that balance comfort, femininity, and a little seasonal charm. My goal is simple: play with those gorgeous autumn tones while layering for warmth and softening my more masculine features. Layers really are your best friend as a transgender woman or crossdresser.

November Outfit #1: Workday Cozy & Feminine

I love this one. It’s perfect for work-from-home days or just feeling a little more put-together. Cozy, feminine, and warm without overdoing it.

Start with a bright yellow turtleneck sweater. Something that feels bold and happy, like a little burst of sunshine. Pair it with a green plaid midi skirt that balances the color perfectly.

A little color theory: this look uses analogous colors: yellow, muted green, and brown. These naturally sit next to each other on the color wheel. That harmony makes the outfit feel warm, balanced, and easy on the eyes. The muted green tones down the yellow’s brightness, while brown accessories ground everything beautifully.

Add a cream or white cardigan to soften the shape and bring warmth. It gently smooths your silhouette, especially around the arms and shoulders. This pairs perfectly with some brown boots. They’re practical, season-appropriate, and grounding against the brighter colors.

Then tie the look together with a hunter green headband that echoes the skirt. It’s a statement piece that pulls everything into harmony. Match it with delicate jewelry. A long necklace, thin bracelets, and simple teardrop earrings that subtly play off the white or cream of the cardigan. It feels thoughtful and feminine without trying too hard. That’s the sweet spot I’m always chasing.

November Outfit #2: Casual Autumn Brights

This one’s for those slower moments and colder nights when I finally get a little time to breathe and play with something comfortable but still cute. Still full of color, still cozy. Just a little more relaxed.

Start with a vibrant orange cable-knit sweater (turtleneck style again, because warmth and confidence). I paired mine with light-wash high-waisted jeans, which help balance the brightness and create a soft, flattering line.

The orange and light blue in this look are complementary colors. They sit opposite each other on the color wheel. That contrast creates instant visual balance: the warm, saturated orange feels lively and bold, while the cool, muted blue denim softens it. Together, they give the outfit energy without clashing, making it feel bright and intentional instead of loud.

For shoes, go with simple black pumps or flats. Something sleek but easy. Black works better than brown here because it makes the orange stand out instead of blending in.

Finish with silver jewelry. A long necklace (you really need the length to stand out against a turtleneck), a couple of thin bracelets, and maybe the same earrings as before. Gold would get lost against the orange, but silver adds that perfect shimmer. Top it off with a dark neutral headband for a little contrast.

Wrapping Up My November Outfits

These two looks are where my November outfits starts. Warm colors, soft lines, and little touches that make me feel feminine and comfortable in my skin.

If you’re also exploring your style, try mixing bold fall colors with layers that soften your shape. It’s not about hiding who you are. It’s about finding the pieces that make you feel like you. And these finally feel like I’m finding my style.

Which one would you wear? The cozy office look or the casual weekend one?
