Hello everyone.
I know I’ve been unusually quiet here lately, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that directly.
Over the past several weeks, my life has shifted in ways I really didn’t anticipate. Some of those changes have been/are genuinely positive. Others have been difficult and disorienting. Together, they’ve forced me to re-evaluate how I spend my time and energy.
Between Genders has always been something I approached with intention. Writing here isn’t casual for me. It requires emotional presence, research, and a level of focus that I simply don’t have right now. Continuing to post sporadically or half-heartedly would undermine the very reason this space exists.
So for the time being, I’m stepping back.
This isn’t an announcement of anything specific, and it isn’t a closing statement either. It’s simply an honest assessment of capacity. Right now, my life is moving quickly, and I need to prioritize the parts of it that demand my full attention. That means I don’t have the time to maintain this site in the way I believe it deserves.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has read, reflected, and reached out over the life of this blog. The conversations here have mattered to me more than I can easily put into words.
For now, consider this a pause.
When things settle and if returning here makes sense, I’ll speak again then.
