Hey, lovelies.
I know your appearance doesn’t define who you are—but for me, it plays a big part in how I feel. Especially when it comes to my femininity. When I look in the mirror and see the outline of a man, I instantly feel less confident. Less comfortable. Less me.
For a while now, I’ve been slowly letting myself go. Nothing dramatic, just gradual. I’m sitting right around 200 pounds—the heaviest I’ve ever been. And while that’s not a catastrophic number, it’s definitely more than I want. More than I feel good at.
And to be honest? I think a big reason I haven’t taken care of my body in the past is because I didn’t have a strong reason to. “General health” should have been enough. But my brain never really accepted that as motivation. It never stuck.
Then came crossdressing.
And suddenly—I had a reason.
How Crossdressing Changed My Weight Loss Goals
Crossdressing flipped a switch in me. Now I want to take care of my body. I want to lose weight. I want to slim down and build softer, more feminine curves. I want clothes to fit better, waistlines to cinch, thighs to smooth, arms to shrink. Not because I hate my body—but because I finally see a version of myself I want to grow toward.
That shift changed everything.
This isn’t about being “fit.”
This is about feeling beautiful.
My Current Health and Fitness Plan
I’m at the start of this journey. Still learning. Still figuring things out. But I’ve got a few things locked in:
I want to get to a healthy weight for my height—probably around 150 lbs.
I want to walk at least 10,000 steps a day.
I want to build a routine that’s focused on shaping—not bulking.
I want to learn how nutrition and supplements affect my goals.
And most importantly, I want to do this sustainably. No crash diets. No punishment. Just real, steady progress.
What to Expect in This Crossdressing Fitness Series
This is just the start. In the next few posts, I’ll be sharing:

If you’re on a similar journey—or thinking about starting one—I’d love for you to follow along. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning how to care for your body in a way that affirms who you really are.
Because for some of us?
Fitness isn’t just about strength.
It’s about becoming.
